Hurricane Shutters, We hate to buy them - but we need them. In an industry where even getting a phone call back is rare, this company went above and beyond. I needed 2 shutters to replace old ones at my business. Calls were made, price agreed upon, and work done. NO hassles, NO red tape, City approved right away. Can't ask for more. Last year June 2021 I got 3 quotes for accordion shutters on my condo. Hurricane Shutter Pro was was almost half the cost of another quote. Carlos came we went over what my association would allow and everything went smoothly from inspection to permits everything. As our area just missed a huge storm I was happy to have this piece of mind. I also made a mistake with writing the check which resulted in me overpaying and the lady in the office caught it and send me a refund. I had contracted with Hurricane Shutter Pros to install panels with tracks on ten openings and folding shutters on two openings.I had started the permit process and Carlos went out of his way, traveling from Miami to The Deerfield zoning and permit department to aid me with the process.He told me the date and window of time his crew would be there to do the Installation and they arrived exactly as he said.Now things don't always go perfect but how a business responds to a problem is paramount.We ran short a couple of panels on an accordion shutter door.
