Honestly, they are very nice and courteous in person truly the do a good job helping You UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. But their phone reception is truly one of the worst, they repeatedly hang up or just let the phone ring. I wish they would improve when it comes to answering the phone or helping out the patients over the phone, but even after changing management it is still the same.

My experience has been wonderful. I have gone today to my second appointment, it was as great as my first visits with Dr. Ana Duarte She is a great doctor as well as an amazing human being. She has helped me with my skin problems, with excellent results. I highly recommend her as one of the best skin specialist.

I agree with some of the other reviews. The PA and medical assistant who saw us are very nice and I’m sure they’re very knowledgeable, but I was referred to Dr Duarte and specifically requested to see her when I made the appt and again when I rescheduled it for that purpose. I don’t like being lied to. If they would have been transparent both times I made the appt and just told me that the appt would not be with the doctor, maybe I would feel differently, but that wasn’t the case.
