The business displays a sign indicating that walk-ins are accepted; however, my experience did not reflect this. Upon entering, there was nobody at the front desk, however there was a staff member laying on chairs. She asked if I had an appointment, and I explained that I did not, as I was interested in the manicure and pedicure special advertised along with the walk-ins sign that was outside. I was then informed that services are by appointment only and that only two manicurists were available. When I asked whether any appointments were available that day, I was told that the next available appointment was tomorrow. As a result, I left feeling frustrated due to the inconsistency between the posted sign and the information provided.

I had my nails done with Lore and she's great! Easy going, sweet and helpful. I love the way my nails turned out thanks to her! :)

As with everything else, you get what you pay for. The polish options are limited (no marshmallow, funny bunny or other highly popular colors), the pedicure is in a bucket and the manicure’s are sometimes not as clean. But it’s $30 for gel mani and pedi which you cannot pay anywhere else. The staff is nice and usually you can come as a walk in. You cannot expect to get 5 star service, unless you want to pay 5 star prices. If you’re looking for a manicure and pedicure, that gets the jobs done without you, having to spend a ton of money or wait. Three weeks for an appointment, this place is great for you. I don’t always come here, but I do come often and will continue to come as long as their prices remain low.

I’ve done Apres Nails for over three years and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I came the week before Thanksgiving exactly a Thursday before Thanksgiving.. the Wednesday of that week I had to come back because I’ve lost a nail that I didn’t even noticed how I lost it…they fixed the one nail…they all came off the Saturday after thanksgiving. I called on Monday and they told me they will call me back by 8:00 PM it is 10:06 I am still waiting for the call…it is a shame that they won’t keep me as a client very nice ladies but either the material they work with is not quality or they don’t know how to do the nails…
