Deleted my previous review. Love the staff but the office is disorganized. Mistakes with scheduling, moving appt times and days without asking. Have called several times the past few months to inquire on pending approval for a procedure and no return calls. I am in pain going on 3 months and no responses. At this point I am switching office at open enrollment and getting my work done elsewhere. Long time client but I cannot ignore the lapses in service any longer.
