I had a great experience with Robert from Flamingo Appliance Service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine. He explained the problem clearly, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
He called me to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, was courteous throughout the service call, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My washing machine is now running perfectly.

A few weeks after I purchased a dryer and had it installed, a bolt and clip fell out of the front left bottom section of the dryer. I called Maytag and they scheduled a Flamingo Appliance Service technician to fix the small issue. Flamingo Appliance provided me with an email link so I could track all the stops the technician was making prior to my scheduled time. The technician, Ernest called me to say he was enroute to my location to service the dryer and he was very pleasant. Upon entering our condo unit, he offered to put his 'shoe booties' on so he didn't mark up our floors...the only service technician for any company I have ever dealt with, that... read full review
