Do not bring your pet here if they are in critical condition. They are not experienced in handling these situations and I had to watch my pet die in their hands then they proceeded to charge me $600 for the “service”. I wouldn’t even come here for any kind of concern. Very traumatizing

My dog has been a patient of Ferreira Animal Hospital since she was a puppy. She is now 8 years old. I just called them because I have an emergency and was told they didn't have anything until tomorrow at 10:15. This is no way to treat a client of 8 years. I'm very disappointed. I guess I'll be looking for another Vet.

The staff is so sweet. My kitten is there getting treatment and the staff sends me cute updates and pictures. I get to visit her in the hospital and play with her. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate with animals. I know my kitten is in good hands here!

Excellent service, I accompanied a family member to this place and was able to observe an approach based on the needs of our pets and those who care for them. The services, professionnels, adapted, that of going a wonderful team that accompanies you in the different moments with the life and the last moments of those beloved pets. Thank you so much.

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years, and is been decadent, only for the convenience of the location that is close to home,
Brought my dog to check her up, and they didn’t paid attention to any of the issues we mentioned, every time there’s a visit they try and charge you every last penny in useless tests and exams, of course we understand this is a bussines which only goal is to make profit
But we really feel abused by the way that they don’t have humanity with the animals, they only see them as ATM machines, very disappointed
The dog came back home with the same issues and not even the nails were trimmed by request after a $300 bill, we asked for a follow up today to address the issue and they said to come tomorrow,
They want your pet to get sicker so they can charge the most they can , take your bussines someplace they appreciate animals not only money.
