Guy told me 175 to catch a chicken. I asked if he could do it for 150 he said no. So I asked him again ok so 175? Then he said no 275 now? I asked him why’d you go up 100? He said because you’re not going to pay anyway.This is the definition of someone who has zero customer service and zero business skills. I would NEVER recommend this guy to ANYONE.He shouldn’t be allowed to even run his own company.
Be careful with this company and owner Osmar. He came set up the traps and that was it nothing more. I gave him the deposit of $200.00 for him to never come back or figure it out how to trap the raccoon issue I had. Be careful with scammers like this, there is plenty of them out there.
Osmar was very professional, came back several times to change the locations of the traps as needed and he was able to trap one raccoon and get the other ones to leave. Highly recommend.
