We returned to our Florida home after a long absence just to find that our upstairs AC handler backed up, causing a major flood in both the upstairs and downstairs. I talked to Rene from Eco Water and he mobilized a work crew to immediately address the health and safety concerns my family faced by implementing a comprehensive plan to restore our home to normalcy. Due to the severity of the work involved and issues with my schedule, Rene prioritized my situation so that Eco could complete a quality job in a timely manner.
I spoke to Rene and Eco Water Restoration at 10:00pm like 4 days ago, about water damage in my bathroom. Becasue of the black coloring, I suspected the damage to be mold. It felt like it was an emergency call because they came to my place the next morning early and ready to test. Sure enough it was mold!
