My first time at this office and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful especially Ana. Dr. Casanova is truly passionate about what she does and her patient, it’s wonderful.
I visited Dr. Casanova for the first time last week after finding her online, and I can clearly see why she has received such outstanding reviews. My experience was excellent, she was professional, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit/pap. I truly appreciate how easy and reassuring she made the entire process, and I’m grateful to have found a gynecologist I can trust and feel comfortable with.
Additionally, the front desk staff, and office manager or her assistant (not sure what her position was) was very welcoming and courteous, which made the experience even more pleasant. I look forward to continuing my care with this practice.
Dr. Casanova is knowledgeable and friendly. I had a pap smear done and I almost didn’t notice it was happening as we were talking. Their office staff is also friendly and I didn’t wait too long for my appointment.
