I took 12 items for dry clean regular service. The lady offered to have two pieces for tomorrow, a basic pair of pants and a polo shirt for today. I almost fainted when they charged me 27 dollars just for two basic pieces which I was never told. They also told me that my clothes are all actually ready today but why then charge me extra for the two pieces. I was ripped off badly and plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I will never ever return to to this business. Avoid it all costs.

The prices at this dry cleaner are so inflated it can hardly be believed. $27 to dry clean a dress ($24 to just press it). $17 to dry clean a sport coat. Highway robbery is putting it nicely. Will never, ever return.

Female at the register with the dark hair…you spoke rudely to me over a parking space when there were plenty of open ones in the lot! Every person is a potential great client your Lack of business is due to YOU!!
