I gave 3 items, including my wifes Armani pants, for dry cleaning. They returned 2 items. When called about the missing piece, they have gone dead silent. No follow-up. I'm unable to reach them, its been over 3 weeks. This is daylight robbery!

!!!!DO NOT DRY CLEAN HERE!!!! - NEGATIVE STARS-Atrocious Garment Neglect-Horrible Customer Service-Huge waste of your time, valuables, and sanity.In January 2023 I dropped off a brand new $1290. dress for dry cleaning and what I got back has no words. Photos speak for themselves. The dress looks like they mopped the floor with it and then returned it to me. It was clearly mishandled and not cared for properly. Ostrich Feathers missing throughout, the elastic through the entire garment is completely DESTROYED, detached, and melted. Outrageous disregard for clothing. They pen themselves as a luxury dry cleaner and charge double what most dry cleaners charge on the basis of care for luxury garments. It's clear nothing is hand finished and they are using heavy industrial irons to iron clothes. All the buttons in my brand new sweater are chipped. I'm searching for a luxury clothing dry cleaner, this is certainly not it. Just marketing. Avoid!
