I order glasses Versace. I have ordered before and never had a problem. This time I ordered the box that the glasses came in and packaged was destroyed . I reached out to them many times without any response.

Worst customer service ever. On hold for more than an hour, went from position 8 in line to position 9. The chat person said that my item wasn't available because it 'probably went to the previous customer.' Probably??? Don't order anything from them....ever!

Beyond unprofessional - Unreachable, I called literally like 10 times a day to make an appointment for an eye exam. When I finally got them on the phone after days of trying, the lady processing my appointment needed to confirm X info and promised to called me back. Obviously that didn't happen, so I went back to my multiple calls per days until 4 days later the same lady answer the stupid phone and agrees to give me the appointment for a Wednesday at 10 am. I got there a few minutes earlier as advised etc. The business was CLOSED, I waited and waited for about 30 minutes. I called like a maniac with no luck.
