The attention of the reception staff is always bad. You ask why they don't call you for your appointment that started at 9:30 and it's 10:40 and they tell you that they don't know that I just sit and wait. 1h50 ..

Appointment was at 7:30am! They open at 8:00 am no one was there until 8:10. Really upsetting because I am pregnant with twins and am supposed to be in bed rest , not standing up for 30 min wait for doors to open. You can always give an appointment for 8.

the dental department staff at 27 Avenue in Miami, actually think they are on a block in a hood. They ar the most unorganized, disrespectful. unprofessional as people I've ever met. I be been bringing my kids here for 4 years trying to give my people ( black & brown people) a chance and you people disappoint me every time. note I'm a black mother. let me find a white dentist better treatment ‍
