My dogs have been patients of CCAH since we adopted them. The care they have received has been exceptional. Dr. Bogdansky is so caring! He is an excellent communicator, very kind, and is thorough at every visit. We love our dogs and it is important that they get excellent care. For that reason, our dogs are patients of this superb clinic, and we are very grateful!

I left my boxer at this facility on January 13 at a perfect weight of over 80 lbs I picked him up on January 28 in the morning Upon them bringing him out we commented that he had lost a considerable amount of weight. Even though he had a heart condition they said he was getting his medicine and eating but from the looks of it he wasn’t eating and I was being told he was eating. That is not what it looked like he had lost at least 10 pounds or more in 2 weeks also one of his heart medication Digoxin apparently was not given correctly or not at all but unfortunately they will never admit to it. So if you value your pets life especially if they have a medical condition please pick another facility

I cannot recommend Dr. Bogdansky enough! He recently took care of my rabbit, and his attentiveness and compassion were truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, he made both me and my bunny feel comfortable and well cared for. He took the time to thoroughly assess my rabbit, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I understood the treatment plan. His gentle approach and genuine care for animals were evident, and it was clear he truly loves what he does. Not only was he patient with my rabbit, but he was also incredibly kind and reassuring to me as a pet owner. It’s rare to find a vet who is equally skilled and compassionate, but Dr. Bogdansky is both. I’m so grateful for his expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pet!

They make you pay for an appointment for a prescription refill.. pay for unnecessary vet visits. I do not recommend as they charge for unnecessary procedures.

BOARDING - I recently left my diabetic furbaby for medical boarding, and they took excellent care of him. I had PTSD from a previous vet experience where I left my dog, and he received terrible care. However, at Country Club Animal Hospital, the doctors and techs were amazing. They took such good care of him that I was able to enjoy my trip without worry. They sent me pictures and kept in constant contact about my furbaby’s medical issues. I highly recommend their boarding services. It is a bit pricey, BUT, its so worth the peace of mind knowing your furbaby is in great hands.
VET SERVICES - I’ve been taking my furbabies to Country Club Animal Hospital since 2008. I moved far away and had to switch vets, but I recently returned—and let me tell you, their service and care are worth the drive! The doctors here are amazing. Dr. Bo and Dr. Aug, in particular, are fantastic. I’ve never felt rushed during visits. They make you feel like your pet is their top priority, even though they’re attending to other pets at the same time. As someone who has experienced other vets after leaving, I can confidently say you won’t be disappointed with Country Club Animal Hospital.
STAFF - The staff is NOT what it use to be. I have noticed the decline in the years, but I'm noticing this in other places as well. The New Generation prefers to be on their phone rather than attend to clients, and pay attention to what they are doing. I was left in a room for a long time, before finding out that the doctor was never told that I was waiting. The front desk staff is definately not what it use to be, BUT the doctors and techs are still amazing and worth it!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital! Dr. Naya & the rest of the staff are so kind. I have a large dog who has extreme anxiety when at the vet. He gets very nervous & acts aggressive so I have a hard time finding a vet that works well with him. For the first time in 9 years of having my dog, I finally felt like someone had the patience to understand that he is nervous not just a large aggressive dog. Prior to taking him in I was very clear about how my dog can be. They immediately worked with him by using treats, getting down to his level, making him feel more comfortable before starting anything. They allowed me to go in the back & stay with him the whole time as he prefers being with him. My dog also has terrible allergies so they definitely could have pushed to sell me on other meds/treatments but the doctor first listened to his history as well as my thoughts & took that into account. It was such a great experience overall. I am so beyond thankful. I have also taken my cat & they were wonderful with her as well.
