The service is acceptable. The price is a little high, but oh well. The bad thing was that the item arrived at the mailbox in the United States and they only sent an email to my email, an email that I never check. Almost a month goes by and if it's not because I look at the mail by chance, I don't realize that the item was in the locker. Why didn't they send SMSs? Why didn't they call me on the phone? Bad, because if I remember correctly, when an item is not claimed after 30 days they can dispose of the item.
Excellent management, spectacular customer service and consolidated logistics, the shifts are as expected and the shipments arrive in perfect condition, the information on the status of the shipment is first-hand and easily accessible, something far above its competitors
Been using their service for almost a decade, around 100 consolidated shipments, and haven't had any problems! Love that they answer their email promptly and love their points / rewards system. Highly recommend their service if you need to ship from the States to Colombia. A+
