I had a really good experience with this company today.
I was trying to buy a replacement HVAC capacitor for my Rheem package unit after properly diagnosing the issue myself with a multimeter. Another supply house refused to sell me the part even though I knew exactly what I needed.
One of the technicians from this company noticed the situation outside, took the time to help me, and sent me to a location where I was treated respectfully and able to get the correct part immediately.
That kind of professionalism and willingness to help people says a lot about a company and the people behind it.
The best bar none. I have used Coolest Air for a few years now. I am so lucky to have found them after so many strenuous experiences with A/C companies over the years here in Miami. They are so responsive and professional. Always with a smile no matter what the situation. And they will fix your problem no matter what, no matter when. You feel like they are part of your family. I love these guys and cannot recommend them enough!

Mike and Ana are absolutely amazing. They came out on short notice and diagnosed the issue and fixed it within the day. They got our house back to being cold! Wouldn’t recommend anyone but them
