“I am completely satisfied with Alligator Pools! The care they took to make my old pool look new, and more beautiful than ever, was impressive. The work crew was very efficient, and each person on the team was professional and polite. They clearly take pride in their work. The main office manager, Martha Lopez, was always available and helpful.
The most impressive member of Alligator Pools is the company project manager, Aldo Rosado. He came by daily to make sure that I was satisfied with the project’s progression. Mr Rosado accurately diagnosed a leak in the light fixture, after the pool was filled, and even braved the very chilly water to personally patch the spot. He has also patiently answered my many questions on pool maintenance. I can’t imagine anyone representing Alligator Pools in the field better than Mr. Rosado!

“I called several companies for a new impact door and Strange came in with the best prices on a permitted proposal. Unlike other contractors, he doesn't try to circumvent the system by offering a no-permit option with reduced pricing, nor have any requirements on the number of openings for him to do the project.

The project went smoothly. Permit was pulled immediately after deposit and I was able to see it on the city's website. After the promised fabrication period, contractors showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner. Afterwards, he promptly scheduled and was present for the final inspection with the city inspector.

“I had some pretty severe flood damage to my house and contacted Cher Group on the recommendation of a friend who had used them for a bathroom remodel which was one of the areas affected by the flood damage in my home. Cher did the drywall, ceilings, and painting in several of the rooms that were damaged and I was very pleased with their pricing and service. They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Additionally, the project manager was regularly checking in by phone/text and in person to inspect the work and ensure I was satisfied.

When it came time for the remodel of the master bathroom, I didn’t hesitate to use them again and couldn’t be more happy that I did. I received the same high level of both craftsmanship and service and the results are absolutely gorgeous!
