Dr Anisia Otero: the saving grace of this place. She’s my PCP. I love her, otherwise I would not set foot in this place - ever. She’s the only reason I come here. She’s amazing , relatable, humble, get my check up and annuals and follow ups done here. She is compassionate and good listener. Bilingual.The customer service at front desk, is not good in my humble opinion. On arrival no1 spoke to me when I entered the door or greeted me. When I try to call the “answering service” they have a lot of attitude, hang up on me and are very rude telling me call back during hours, so I tell them well I get off work at 6 or later and what’s the point of the answering...read full review

At community Medical group of Perrine - adult I have found my PCP, Dr ANISIA OTERO, a doctor who does true family medicine, takes the time to listen to me, follows up on my consultations with other specialists to whom she refers me, and shows mastery of everything What has to do with my personal situation, I arrived at your consultation the first time with a very bad general condition, and today my situation is absolutely different, thanks to your diagnoses and successful treatments. very good attention to the public in medical services, I would like to refer to the Pediatrician Midiala Diaz, and who was in the place at 3pm today March 1, 2023, my child was almost dehydrated with vomiting, and being Her patient did not want to see him because she left at 3pm and the site closes at 5pm, I would like to urge the higher authorities to take action with this doctor, who has nothing at all about human and professional ethics, thank you To another Pediatrician who saw him, very good and attentive, Thank you very much, let's see where this goes ????
