Since I first joined it felt like family. From the staff to the instructors everyone is very supportive. The camaraderie that one forms with other like minded people is special. Everyone is very supportive. The classes are great and lots of variety. From reformer classes in levels from 1 to 2.5, to TRX classes, to Cardio Sculpt using the jump board (super fun by the way), to Restore, Center & Balance, and Control, there’s something for everyone. And all instructors are different so no two classes are alike. My body has changed. It’s gotten stronger and better balanced. My core is much stronger and I’ve become a lot more flexible. I’m so happy I discovered Club Pilates when I did. Trust me, you’ll love it. And it’s not just for pre to post menopausal women either! It’s great for teens, men and athletes alike. It’s a good workout that really strengthens your body without putting too much strain on your joints.
