I recently underwent a Cardiac Pet CT scan and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the front desk staff's warm welcome to the professionalism of the CT scan technicians, every interaction was outstanding. The young lady who helped me with the line was particularly skilled, accessing my difficult vein on the first try without any pain or discomfort. The technicians provided clear explanations throughout the procedure, making the experience as smooth as possible. Overall, I was highly impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and kindness of all staff members.

Notes,Notes, Notes….. It’s impossible to schedule appointment. 6 days dealing with these people. All they know is Notes, … even my primary could not make sense of their ignorance. Called another provider, 24 hours all accomplished. No delays. DONT WASTE YOU TIME, THESE PEOPLE ARE USELESS!!!!!!!!

It's my 1st time here and bring a jacket cause it's freezing here. I was offered a blanket. While I waited to do my stress test. Staff are super friendly, and yes, it takes time. You have to wait. You aren't a star patient. We all have to wait. I was in no rush, and it's very well maintained. Be patient with them. They are simply wonderful.

One star is too generous. Arrival 955 am for a 30 min test. Left 3 hours later!!! Sat in a frozen waiting room with no offer of blankets until I asked because I saw someone with one. In the meantime, they have a fragrance diffuser spewing a horrendous smell (baby powderish) that was making people sneeze and cough. They took me in for my test at 1230. Totally unacceptable situation. Admittedly staff seemed extremely busy and were very professional. I'm sure the front office is told to schedule as many ppl per hour as possible. Heads up corporate! Will advise doctor how awful the experience was.
