During Christmas, my mother accidentally damaged one of our window treatments. Even though Charlie and his team were on holiday vacation, he still arranged for one of his employees to come out and repair it. That kind of dedication is almost unheard of today.

Absolutely love my window treatments and the service! Everything came out beautiful and the whole process was seamless. What really sets them apart is the follow-up. Anytime I’ve ever needed a small adjustment, he’s come out the same day or, at the latest, the very next day. Super responsive, professional, and clearly cares about making sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend!
