I had a major remodeling that had to be completed within four months as my family was renting and expensive large home. We had to destroy the driveway, garage, kitchen, a bathroom and all the tile in our common areas (Living room, Florida, hallways, and of course the destroyed kitchen & bathroom). In addition, we had to re-pipe all of the sewer as the pipes had busted.
Claudio said he could have it all done within 4 months and he was true to his word. I had an issue with another company which stated they would legalize a preexisting structure; they charged me and then I ended up chasing them for two years never resolving my issues or offered any guidance all I got is call you back and never did; they choose to ignore my calls and emails. All this led me to start my search for an alternate company to help me resolve my final master permit.I came across CF Construction and Remodeling, a gentleman by the name of ********************************* called me over the phone well pass working hours, I explained to him what my issue was, he immediately asked for my permit number looked it up and advise me on what I needed to do.The following day I went to the county to speak to a structural inspector supervisor as suggested by *******, and they removed the hold, I then called for inspection the following day and passed my inspection as ******* advise.I just want to thank ********************************* for his guidance, knowledge, professionalism and patients while listening to my frustration.
