I've worked with Central on several projects over the past 2 years, and they are always a pleasure to work with. Unlike most service providers in the industry, they always get the work done on time. I've never had any issues with inspections or quality of their work. Highly recommend them!

Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Dishonest

I had an awful experience with Central Air Repair. The technician they sent to my home was completely unprofessional. Instead of diagnosing the problem and providing an honest solution, he tried to upsell me on parts that cost around $40, but wanted to charge me **$500**, on top of the **$150** fee just for coming out to look at the issue. When I refused the ridiculous upsell, he retaliated by messing with the wires on my thermostat and shutting off the power outside, making the problem even harder to fix.

My old system only needed a line repair but they pushed me into a new system because of the refrigerant 2 years ago. 6000$ The electric fan motor keeps burning out and they are clueless why. Each time the entire compressor almost fried. So they just keep charging 570$ for labor to replace it even though the motor is under warranty by Rheem. Rheem refuses to talk to consumers at all. Not even to Recommened a better tech so I will never buy Rheem again either.
