Strongest recommendation! I'm 56, former athlete, and took up BJJ at 50. I had the PLEASURE of training at Cardoso on a Christmas vacation last year. Just a great culture--positive energy from all. Additionally, the people I rolled with were efficient--no BS, just working and perfecting useful stuff. If you are looking for a good place to learn the ground game (in a great environment), I'd recommend Cardoso highly. A lot of training is about getting time on the mat--it helps to train in a constructive environment. Professor sets the tone and it follows on down his entire team. Osss from London

My daughter was nervous for her first time but the team at Cardoso Jiujitsu did an excellent job making her feel at ease, patient with her and she had a great time! Definitely signing up and highly recommend

100% would recommend!! Absolutely amazing experience!!! I was visiting Miami and asked to do a drop in. Professor Michael welcomed me with open arms. The entire class was professional and welcoming like I’d been a part of the gym for years. Amazing JiuJitsu instruction with competitive rolls executed in a safe manner. If you’re ever in the Miami area drop in for a great experience! Oss!!!
