My husband went to the appointment today for 3 months f/u well that nurse that is there she always rude . The first time I went there the nurse very rude and lies. Told my husband I wasn’t coming back. Today my husband appointment. That same nurse was rude. For my husband to walk out its a big thing . That nurse need retraining. The Haitian nurse

I have been requesting my son’s immunization records for almost a year now. The office either hangs up, you get the call center and they don’t know what you’re talking about. You repeat what you need a million times just for nothing to happen!!!! It’s not that hard to fax , email records over. My son’s new pediatrician has had their staff repeatedly fax over my authorization to release since October of 2024. This is so unacceptable my sons can not even get his updated vaccines because this office will not release his shot records.

They won't stop calling me! I'm not a patient and never have been. I have my own doctor(s). I've asked them REPEATEDLY (5+ times) to stop calling me and they just won't. It's borderline harassment at this point.
