This was the Hardest thing I ever had to do but Alida is a Real Life Angel! She made this process with caring and compassion. Everything needed was handled by her. She took the time to get to know My Mommy thru us exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you, Alida???
I am pleased with the service, and care I received for my Mom. It met a lot for me, and my family knowing that her resting place is providing a level of care that she would have been proud because we are all very satisfied
I was visiting Miami from out of town and went to see my grandmother's gravesite for the first time. I had some documentation, and the information was incorrect. But a young man, John Espinosa, an employee at the Dade North location, went way above and beyond to help us find her plaque. I was ready to give up right away, and he would not let it go. And boy was so glad once I found it. I welled up with emotion that I wasn't expecting. He proceeded to send me other information via text and email with the correct information for future use. Just an amazing guy. Great heart.
