This nail salon was really disappointing. The tools did not seem properly sanitized at al. They were just sitting in a glass cup with disinfectant liquid, and it didn’t look like the liquid was being changed or the tools were being cleaned properly between clients. It looked unsanitary and gross.
The pedicure experience was also very uncomfortable. They used a bucket for the pedicure, and I had to rest my legs on the nail technician’s lap the entire time. They didn’t properly scrub my feet or use proper pedicure tools, and they literally cut my nails unevenly.
They also charged an extra $10 just to remove gel polish. Communication was difficult because the staff spoke very little English, and the overall environment felt chaotic and unprofessional.

Extremely disappointing experience due to the receptionist Luli. I’ve been a regular here, spend money on extra services, and always tip well—but clearly none of that matters. I accidentally left behind a cup that had sentimental value for me and I called shortly after asking if they could hold it for me. She flat-out refused unless I went back immediately and couldn’t have been more dismissive. I practically begged to please hold it until my next visit and it was like speaking to a wall. I don’t live in the area and I drive 40 minutes once a month to go there.
It wasn’t about the item—it was the attitude. Zero effort, zero courtesy, zero respect or empathy for a loyal customer. It was like the favor I was asking was way too big. It’s as if my cup would take up their 1,000 square feet store. For a place that relies on repeat business, the lack of basic customer service is honestly shocking.
Management should really take a closer look at who they have representing them at the front desk, because this kind of behavior is exactly how you lose good clients.

The gel manicure barely lasted 10 days, and cracking started as early as day two, due to poor quality and application. The $20 promo is just to get you in, then they tack on an extra $10 for gel removal. Overall, not worth the time or money.

Had an appointment for Aprex Manicure and Gel Pedicure, the technician took almost 2 hours on my hands alone because she used the wrong size on 4 nails only to discovered after the set was ready to be painted, had to remove and start over, got no time left for my pedicure and had the audacity to charge me XL nails when I asked for Medium and she made the mistake, the nails were uneven and badly buffed. Manager seem unbothered by my request to review the bill, she was more concerned on buying Redbull and look for cancelations to be able to leave by 6 pm. This place used to be wonderful, you are better off going somewhere else, I know I will.

Go somewhere else, not worth it. Pay more but have your nails beautifully done. Also, they are never on time and they donβt focus when making an appointment, it has happened to me. They scheduled a different day that you requested π

With this economy, I was definitely curious on this $25 gel pedicure I've been hearing about. Came in Christmas Eve and was serviced right away. I didn't have too many language barriers communicating with my nail tech. There aren't any pedicure chairs to sit in and get a massage but let's remember it is $25. Bottom line for me was that immediately walking in it was clean. The tools were clean. I didn't observe any sanitary issues. There were a lot of polish options to choose from but I'm simple and get the same color. There is some street parking but maybe tricky to find depending on the day and time. When you pay at the front do pay attention to the gratuity guide . I don't think it went by percentages but by dollar amount. I tipped generously as it's the holiday season but something to note if you do care. All In all I was pleased with my service
