Wonderful approach, very friendly environment. The doctors take the time to explain the problem and the stages of recovery and treatment. They certainly love what they do and are worthy of trust

I cannot put in words how grateful I’m with Dr. Jimenez and his staff. Very friendly and compassionate gave an excellent service and I could feel that they do really care about my dog’s health.

This is a five star review for Dr. Jimenez who deserves a billion stars! Our cat rescue ran out of antibiotics, he was so helpful and kind helping us out right away, he didn't even charge us, he did it for the cause! A week ago we found our beloved Lola lifeless on the floor, we called and Dr. Jimenez told us to come right away and explained with great empathy that things can happen and gave us value advice and comfort. Yesterday on a Saturday we found our Zimby suffering from a painful UTI, we called Dr. Jimenez who was on his way to a wedding, he helped us anyway. He sent an employee to his closed (!!!) office, where we could pick up the medicine so Zimby didn't... read full review
