After the sudden loss of my father-in-law, we called Bernardo Garcia. Daisy and Peter were able to meet with us to make arrangements that afternoon, which was so helpful since we were all from out of town. Throughout the whole process, they were kind, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. Peter was knowledgeable about a military service and also followed up to check on us through the difficult time. We very much appreciated their excellent service.

He is a wonderful person, incredibly professional, and made us feel welcomed and supported from the very beginning. My review is not based on a funeral service, but rather on the customer service I received from Mr. Enrique Torrens during a phone call requesting documentation for my mother-in-law's funeral, which happened 15 years ago, with no issues or complaints at the time. Mr. Torrens explained in great detail how to obtain some of the documents we need and emailed me the ones the funeral home had at this time, so I didn't have to go there. Truly, in these times, Mr. Torrens's attention and professionalism are very difficult to find and are truly appreciated.
