A pleasant and professional experience from beginning to end. The wait time was very short before my husband was seen by nurse Magdiel. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & an excellent nurse. The PA, Manuel Cabrera, was very thorough. He listened attentively to my husband’s medical situation, analyzed it, & patiently considered all details concerning his medical problem. He is an excellent PA. Both the nurse & PA were highly professional.Also, Emilio, the x-ray technician, as courteous and professional. Tatiana, the registration clerk was also very helpful and friendly.
An added bonus is that we were able to get the prescription medicine there at urgent care without having to go to a pharmacy.
It was an A++ experience
