From the moment I signed in to point of departure, everyone was warm, friendly , and professional. I felt heard and taken care off. Great team working at urgent care of 147 and miller .

Highly recommend it was probably the quickest urgent care. I already had the Baptist app so I was able to schedule an appointment- highly recommend the app ahead of time so that way all your information is inputted. I literally walked in, scanned the barcode, and within one minute was called in. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Not long after the nurse asked me my questions and check me in the doctor came in shortly after.. I also love that they had a vending machine where you can get your prescriptions that save me a lot of times from having to go to my pharmacy. Everything was pretty quick, the paperwork at the end maybe took a little bit longer and was waiting - but overall super great experience. Will def come back!

It is the best and upmost urgent care my son has ever been to. It was exceptional service and the most professional, courteous, and friendly staff. We went in and were out with a breeze and completely satisfied with the results. I would defitnetly recommend this place without a heartbeat. Thank you so BHUC!

Our experience at west Kendall emergency was a great experience. Our nurse Gina G. Was the best and most professional nurse we have ever experienced. She was gentle and understanding of my wife’ concerns condition and went beyond every expectation. To make her painful experience the best possible way.
