I've been waiting two hours for my appointment. Still waiting. Clinic is depressing. Did my intake where they did standard screen for depression and the employee wouldn't even look me in the eyes when asking if I was considering hurting myself, etc. Poorly run place. I won't come back.
If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. The staff should not be doing this kind of work they are mean and ill equipped to handle any kind of mental health/ substance abuse cases. The tech staff and nurses are mean, some of them don’t or refuse to speak English, and the conditions are very very unsanitary. There were piles of poop and pee, and they would sweep and mop the inside but not the outside where the human feces was so it just got tracked inside all over again, they would just throw some fabulouso on the floor and wipe it up and call it a day. I was happy to be seen. I wanted 2 hours. But I believe that’s normal with out an appointment.
The staff kind and all the processs was smooth.
I will recomend this place . Specially if you don’t have insurence they help you.
