One of your employees mistreated me when I did a question about a credit in my account because I was charged double last time, every question was replied in a bad tone in rude language like if I were asking for something for free, you need to control the substances that employee consume as I thought she was new because the woman with gray hair and the youngest are always very respectful- it’s unacceptable to act like a rude public officer style in a dry cleaner store.

They lost three of our shirts on three different occasions. Staff was a mess and no one could give us a straight answer. It’s not what it use to be. We’ve been coming here for years and are going to have to switch to another dry cleaners.

AVOID if you do not want your clothes to get messed up. I sent my suit to get dry cleaned and when I put it on my whole coat bubbled. This is a sign that these people do not know what they are doing. They ruined my suit and had to buy another one. My family nor Inwill return to this place.
