We went to B & V when our daughter was born with a condition which paralyzed her arm. It was a scary time for us. Everyone at B & V made us feel safe and hopeful that she would be okay. Cynthia worked hard with our baby girl and always gave me PT exercises to continue at home with her. Our baby eventually did regain use of her arm. We are grateful to Cynthia and everyone at B & V!

My son has been attending b&v thera-pro for 3 weeks now, we are still in the “adapting process” even though, my little boy has made so much progress at home and socializing with us and other people, so if this is just the beginning I cannot wait to see what comes next, everyone can notice how his behavior has changed and I cannot be happier about it. Also, Elizabeth at front desk, she is so nice and always tries to accommodate my kid in a space that works best for us. Thank you b&v thera-pro for all your work with my baby. Spent my teens all the way up to 21 getting PT and OT at B&V. All therapists and office staff were very friendly and my therapists were great! Cynthia is very knowledgeable in her field of physical therapy and always looks for ways to push her patients beyond their own perceived limitations and expectations. Highly recommend!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about B&V Therapy Center! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, supported, and cared for. My son, Chuchu, received physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy here, and the progress he made was nothing short of amazing.
The entire staff is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping children thrive. Every therapist we worked with—Cynthia, Maria, Robin, Amy, Kelly, Melissa, and Sierra—has played such an important role in Chuchu’s development. Their expertise and compassion created a safe, encouraging environment where he could grow and gain confidence.

We have used B&V (Bird Rd) for physical and occupational therapy for about 4 years. The intake process was quick, and while it took a few weeks to secure our first appointment, the wait has been worth it.
The therapists are wonderful, and the front desk coordinators are attentive, helpful, and approachable. One of the aspects I appreciate most about B&V is its friendly atmosphere. The facility is playfully decorated with bears, creating an inviting environment for kids as they wait for their sessions. As soon as the door opens to the therapy area, the children eagerly rush to greet their therapists and begin their activities.
The support we have received from the entire team has been invaluable to my family. I am truly grateful to have chosen B&V for our therapy needs.

B & V Thera-Pro has been helping my son for the past 15 years with OT and Speech therapies and I can tell that their team is amazing and very professional. The therapies are dedicated, supportive, understanding, encouraging and excellent communication skills with parents. They work with you and together as a team and everyone is well informed about my son’s plan and care. They suggest new goals, make the arrangements to do not miss any therapy, they explain everything clear so I can understand the process better.
