Please stay away from this place, remember you get what you pay for. The so call director is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. In the moment of grief, this is the last place you want to go too. They tell you one price and when you get there they up charge for every little thing. Just for asking a question, they plainly told us with attitude, you can leave and go somewhere else, these are our prices. We complained about the price and she (so call director) just told us to leave, that they are not helping us. In this field of work, I have never ever seen someone as rude and unprofessional. The most unprofessional and rude people in this field of work. From the staff to the director and owner of this disgusting place, they are all very inhuman. They sell themselves as the cheapest in town, but it's not true, you end up paying a lot more than anywhere else, plus the inhuman service. Like most things, you get what you pay for. They treat you like shit, they only want your money. If you are looking for only cremation, they don't want your service and flat-out tell you to go somewhere else. I'm so glad we did, they have a bad reputation in the community. Please do NOT use their services, even if free, it's not worth the aggravation in your moment of grieving.
The BEST place after losing a family member to be treated with no respect, for yourself or the deceased. Absolutely no customer service. The ones answering the phones have no decency whatsoever. They will make sure you feel worse after calling to make sure everything goes accordingly with your family member. Please, do not hesitate to contact them if you want your grieving process to extend more than it should take.
