Very horrible experience in this salon I absolutely don’t recommend it to anyone ! They left my hair three different colors for $185 and it wasn’t even the color I asked for the lady wanted me to leave with my hair as it was when I politely said I don’t like this color she redid it and left my roots a completely different color from what I wanted my hair was bleached three times in the process all for nothing ! Unprofessional work and very rude manners she also left a streak of purple color on my hair which has nothing to do with blonde , I am extremely upset and don’t suggest this unprofessional salon to anyone unless they want their hair to be messed up and... read full review
I made my wife a 4 pm appointment, when she went in front desk was rude and unwelcoming, after almost 30 minutes of waiting I had to drive back to the salon because they told her she would have to wait another 30 minutes making the wait over an hour (after sitting there half an hour already) as the stylist had to finish a second person. No apology for the wait, horrible customer service experience .
My experience here over all was great! My mom went there to get her hair cut, styled & blow dried not long ago. She then took me to get my hair cut and I’m impressed and happy with how my hair came out! They DID take about 30+ minutes to take me in but I’m pretty patient so it didn’t really bother me. The haircut also took LESS than 10 minutes to do which impressed me a lot! I will definitely come here again :)Service: Haircut
