My son broke the screen of his iPhone 11, and we chose this repair business based on its great online reviews. When we arrived, the service was warm and professional. The person who assisted us was very knowledgeable, and the phone was ready the next day. We’re very happy with the experience, highly recommend them, and will definitely return if we need help again.
Nigel is literally the best, i had absolutely no idea what needed to be fixed for my 2010 iMac to function and he took care of it all, customized it to my exact needs and explained everything to me in detail. Definitely worth what he charges! Can’t recommend him enough.

After dropping my phone into the toilet, I tried drying it over night, hoping it would recover but in the morning the screen was black. First thought was going to an Apple Store. I made an appointment with Genius Bar at Apple Worldcentre online, still had to wait half an hour upon arrival at the store when I finally was called by a technician.
