They quickly found the leak and even went the extra mile to check my warranty status so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket — and it turned out it was covered!
Adrian, my AC technician, was phenomenal from start to finish. He stayed on top of the process, coordinated with the company to get the replacement part shipped out, and the very same day it arrived, he and another technician came over and installed it perfectly.
