The AGI team (United Airlines) at CMH (Port Columbus) is incredible. Among the best airport teams I’ve encountered in my extensive travels. Unfortunately, they are woefully underpaid. By a lot. I’m shocked at how low their compensation is compared to other airline teams, both mainline and outsourced, at CMH. Come on @unitedairlines, do better. Good is definitely not leading the way.

I arrived ahead of the scheduled time. But they unloaded me quickly. The employees here are great. Everything was so fast that I didn't even have time to ask the name of the woman who processed everything. Thank you for a good job
They only have 3 doors to deliver and if there are three 53' doors it takes up to 2-3 hours. This is an example of changes for the worse, before they had more doors. This change should be analyzed.
