Made a phone call to Air on Demand. It was around 1pm. I was told the technician will be to my home between 1pm and 5pm. I don’t even think it was 1:30pm and Technician Jace Lovelace was knocking on my door to service my unit. He went a step further and offered to assist with setting up my phone with the App so l can work the central air unit from my phone. Not only that, he noticed l wasn’t changing out my filter😬 and went to his truck and replaced the screws to the filter lid with magnets to make what is already an easy thing to do, even more easier for me🤗! He’s the best!!! Thanks for your service JACE!!!!
