I am very disappointed with the service today. I had made an appointment two days ago for today at 4pm. I come in right on time and I waited almost 30 minutes for them to tell me they are behind. I do not understand why no one called me to inform me so that I can come at a later time. They took priority to the customer who walked in and not me who had the appointment. My time was wasted and I left unhappy. I loved this place so much but after today I will not come here again.

I’ve been going to this salon for about a year and a half now, I love how close they are to my house and prices are pretty good but they do not care if you have an appointment or not. You can make an appointment for 5 and you’ll come in and your nail tech just took a new client because they were available despite having an appointment 10 minutes later. It’s annoying and there’s no point in making appointments at this place, you’re better off just walking in where you’ll be attended too immediately. It’s frustrating as a returning client that I have to wait 45 minutes passed my appointment to get my hands and feet done.

I have been coming to A+ nail spa for so many years, and I would never pick a different place! The owners and staff are so kind and caring. Whatever I need whether a wax or a mani-pedi, they always have me in and out in a jiffy looking and feeling beautiful! If your looking for a place that is always looking out for their costumers look no further this is the perfect spa for you. Also, without fail, every time I go here for my eyebrows and Ann is able to do them I always end up getting compliments for my eyebrows ;)
