Super expensive pushing for expensive tests just for diagnosis citing millions of diseases and very expensive testing them they come and act like your pet is a car or a jet sky and you are trying to buy with better options or worse options and your dog might die !!!I didn’t like it there at all they didn’t care about the pet just money money I even cried there Also they keep spamming me I think like 4 years now I keep unsubscribing and also have asked to be removed and all my information deleted but I just got another email so goes right along with everything else there … Thank you for your answer but after unsubscribing and sending emails asking to be removed via email for all these years remind me of my horrible experience with my poor dog I called last week and some Awful lady super rude hung up on me She wouldn’t pick the phone or she would put one on hold wow we keep up the ride work then after 5 or 6 calls a very nice guy answered told me that the marketing company has issues removing requests that’s illegal and wrong I asked via email several times to be removed and my data deleted I think the manager Nancy should know this is how people are treated just over all I’m in awe about all this I would stay away not only for the good of your pets but your own !! I have the emails that they keep sending and the emails I sent myself this call was super shocking I Heartless and rude a scam in many ways The only reason I wrote this review is because they remind me every time they spam me about my poor dog and this people having a financial team with more people coming to your room about charges and fees and again as if I was at a raunchy dealership so when I got that email a few weeks ago I posted this you desrves this I should have posted it sooner

This is the most excellent vet clinic to bring your furries. I am a happy customer who won' t change them for anything. My baby is happy and so am I. They are caring, knowledgeable, and very professional.

I can’t begin to even express the gratitude I have for everything that Miami Springs Animal Hospital has done for me and my babies. From the front desk staff to the techs, Dr Cuesta and Dr Perez, everyone is wonderful. In the 8 years that I have brought my pets here they have always done a fantastic job taking care of my pets. They even saved my Kitty’s life recently in an emergency. Finally, let’s not forget their amazing manager Nancy. She has always been there fort me and my furry babies; always concerned for the wellbeing of both the pets and the parents alike. My gratitude goes out to this hospital from Loki, Bruce and Kitty.

We started coming here last year for our new puppy Winston, and decided to do his neutering procedure last month, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. His incision has healed beautifully!
Dr. Perez was wonderful throughout the entire process. He took the time to address our questions and concerns, and we always felt that Winston’s well-being was his top priority. As pet parents, it’s reassuring to know your concerns are being heard, and that was exactly our experience.
We also want to recognize the amazing veterinary technicians, Amarilys and Armando, who were kind, compassionate, and professional every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and they helped make what could have been a stressful experience much easier for us.
A special thank you as well to Lazaro and Jesus at the front desk. They were friendly, helpful, and kept us informed throughout the process. From check-in to discharge, everyone treated Winston like family.
The entire team made us feel listened to, supported, and confident that our baby Winston was receiving excellent care. We are truly grateful for the compassion, communication, and professionalism shown by everyone at Miami Springs Animal Hospital. Highly recommended!
