I recently engaged Core Property Inspections to do an inspection on a primary residence that me and my wife are contemplating buying. My experience with Shiloh has undoubtedly been a 10/10. Being in the Real Estate business myself, having financed north of 10,000 construction loans in my career I can easily identify quality service vs. horror stories. During the inspection Shiloh meticulously went through the whole property, was there to educate my wife and myself about the deficiencies and was very respectful and candid with the cost and approach to cure. Shiloh was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire inspection process. I opted for a few add-ons, and the team he brought along was just as professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. The inspection itself was extremely comprehensive, giving me peace of mind.
Shiloh took the time to walk me through his findings in person and later provided a detailed report with photos and videos for my records. He even offered to go over any follow-up questions I might have, which I really appreciated.
