Today was my first time trying out VitaSquad. I am and I can say this because I am very aware of myself lol every nurses nightmare in regards to being able to find a vein. I always have issues with this so it's not something new for me. But Ray was very patient and helpful with finding my vein I really appreciated his dedication with me today in and most importantly in not trying to hurt me when doing my IV. So if your like me just communicate with your nurse let them know what IV your looking for so that they can give you the most adequate cocktail. We had an amazing experience with VitaSquad! Sasha took great care of us and made the entire coordination process seamless. She scheduled an appointment for our office staff with ease and even arranged a last-minute house call for one of our employees who was feeling under the weather. Both nurses, Lidia and Ray, were fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our questions and ensured everything went smoothly.
