After previously expressing concerns regarding hygiene, personal care, and overall organization at this facility, I believe it is important to recognize the significant positive changes I experienced during my most recent visit. The difference was immediate and noticeable in every area that had previously been a concern.
The overall cleanliness of the facility has improved considerably. The common areas and patient rooms appeared much cleaner, more organized, and maintained in a much more pleasant environment. The strong odors that had previously been concerning were no longer present, reflecting a clear improvement in hygiene and maintenance standards.
