The hispanic person answering the phone for donations makes weird, smart-alec rude responses in a way that doesn’t make sense to things being asked or said. Still, it’s all for a good cause so gotta work with these guys….

They got me in asap. Ricky, Paul and Jay were incredible men. I got clothes. I had to leave for mental health purposes. Good meals. Thank you gentleman. Thanks justo Jay for the memeories. The greatest part of the journey is the people that you meet along the way.

I need to write a review how my experience was excellent with the Salvation Army. The process of trying to donate a couch was so simple and easy it was unbelievable. It took one phone call, which was answered by Michael, who was super professional and helpful. Got all the information and scheduled the pick up. I was contacted by Michael the day before the pick up to give me the window for the delivery. It was amazing. It was right on the dot. Two nice gentlemen, Benjamin and Benjamin arrived very pleasant very professional very clean, they proceeded with maneuvering the couch and taking it out.
