The Club Level was a wonderful experience, with beautifully presented and delicious offerings throughout our stay. The poolside bar was another highlight, with fast, attentive service that made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable.
Our room was comfortable and, importantly in Miami, the air conditioning was very cold and refreshing!

My partner surprised me with a day at their Spa and it was truly exceptional! Oscar was the first person we met who went above and beyond with his kindness and explanation of expectations. The Spa was clean, the staff was kind. But one highlight was David. If you want a person that truly goes above and beyond ask for them. David was so kind, focused on very tight spots with my hot stone massage. I feel so relieved and relaxed!! And to end again, Oscar shared wonderful conversation and kindness during our checkout process. Thank you to this team!

I would love to give this hotel a 5 star but unfortunately I can not. I booked our stay through my AMEX. Every hotel I have booked through AMEX has been exceptional so I expected the same experience at this hotel. We arrived on September 18th and upon arrival perfect service at the entrance. The guy at the front desk was amazing he let us know our room wasn’t ready and that we would receive a text once it was done. So we went to the poolside restaurant and that’s when our experience changed. Our waiter came to our table and took our drink order and that was perfectly fine.
