I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage with Luis at the Nobu/Essencia Spa, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. He knew exactly how to work out the tension without rushing, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and truly cared for. If you’re at the spa, ask for Luis—you won’t regret it. 20 stars!!

I had the most relaxing afternoon at Esencia Spa. My massage was excellent The staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. The spa is clean and well maintained. I love that they have a cold plunge pool. It was my second time there. I'll will definitely be back on my next trip to Miami Beach!

Amazing experience! First time getting a massage and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed! Luis was my masseuse and his hands are GOLD! Definitely recommend booking with him! The overall setting was very clean and serene. It was also my friends bday and they offered her a free glass of champagne which was very nice ☺️! We loved it!! Definitely coming back! <3
