I ordered flowers on the 25th to arrive on the 29th for a birthday and they still havenβt arrived and itβs 2:30pm. I canβt get a hold of anyone and expected a birthday arrangement to arrive in the morning. Do not order from these florists. I should have read the reviews ahead of time.

NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE, NOT WORTH THE PRICE, WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR QUALITY 1 star is too much - some of the flowers arrived dead, they lied and and said βwe will replace with something differentβ we said replace with what was bought; then she said she needed to order the flowers and it will take weeks, we tried to order online and the arrangement was available to deliver the same day! They lie!!!

Amazing!! I made an order for a friend in Miami but I do not live there so I had concerns with figuring out how to get the flowers to her, etc. Well, the staff at South Florals were absolutely amazing! I feel terrible I cannot recall the name of the staff member I spoke with on the phone a few times but she was so pleasant and helpful with my situation. The flowers were also beautiful based off the pictures I got from my friend. I definitely recommend this business! Thank you!!
