Amazing vet that helped me when I was desperate to get travel papers. Can’t recommend them highly enough

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Valencia at the Pet House Clinic. My dog was unexpectedly attacked by another dog, and he had two severe bite wounds on his shoulder and his chest I immediately called Pet House Clinic and even though they were about to close for the day, I was told to bring him right in. Upon arrival, Dr. Valencia so Teddy and assessed his wounds. She was able to clearly explain the nature of the bites, what the different outcomes might be, and how to care for him at home His injury required the office to stay open much later than usual. Dr. Valencia was so caring and concerned that she called me that evening to check on my dog’s progress I brought Teddy back to Dr Valencia three days in a row for her to check and clean out the wounds Fortunately, Teddy’s wounds did not become infected and he healed perfectly. I am so thankful to Dr Valencia for her knowledge, care and compassion. I also want to mention that her staff is outstanding and the office is spotless. I hope your pet never experiences an emergency but if they do, I could not recommend Pet House more highly. Teddy will now go there for all his vet needs.

The best vet I’ve ever had and my baby is 11 years old. They take their time with the pets have lots of loving care great facilities, reasonable prices. I’m so glad I found Dr. Alexandra and Team to take care of my baby girl.

Best clinic ever! I had a wonderful experience there with my little dog going into a surgery! Service, attention, claim processing! The doctors and assistants working there are excellent! If you want to overpay and get charged double, just come to this vet. Very dishonest and not ethical at all. Don’t trust the estimates over the phone because it will be double in person and they will add many things that your dog doesn’t even need at all. Everyone is nice in there but it’s actually just a tactic so they can take your money and have you smile. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to my worst enemy.

I don’t like to give one star reviews but respect to clients is also to don’t make them waste their time.
I’ve been told a price on the phone. But once there they disclosed other fees that made the bill go from 60 to 220. I wasted one hour for something I could have been told on the phone when I called before getting there

Workers …genuine, diagnosed my pug jacks skin issue right away, and helped educate me with his skin allergies and diet plan. Within 24 hours his skin cleared, and he LOVES his diet now! Am grateful 🙏🏿
